THE PRESENTATION CONSISTS OF TWO PARTS:
- In the first part, you will discover why it hurts and what you can do about it.
- In the second part, I will guide you through your first AEQ exercise®.
Shoulder pain is always connected to tight muscles in the neck or torso.
Our exercise will concentrate on softening up those areas and improving the connection between the periphery (arms) and the center (torso).
The exercise is longer (40 minutes), so be prepared.
Please remember one exercise done once won’t make the pain disappear forever.
The point of our presentations is to educate about the origin of pain and how the AEQ method® can help you eliminate it.
The worst thing about pain is not knowing where it comes from and what you can do about it.
That’s when the pain gets scary.
The pain part usually doesn’t go away fast, but the scary part does.
